Why organic?
The number of reasons to use organic products is steadily increasing since the initial introductions of pesticides to farming practices and we will highlight a few of these reasons here.  First, organically grown plants contain more viable active nutrients that are known to benefit the body while at the same time limiting exposure to toxic chemicals used in non-organic farming.  Next, organic farms promote biodiversity by working with the natural environment and not polluting groundwater.  Organic farming also depends less on industrialized petrochemical powered technologies and are safer for the farm workers needed to maintain and harvest crops.  Finally, organic agriculture focuses on maintaining soil quality which has been rapidly degrading due to modern chemical based farming practices.  Organic agriculture protects not only ourselves but the quality of the environment for generations to come.
 
Why Handcrafted Soap?
Did you know.... the commercial soap bars that line most grocery stores' shelves are actually synthetic detergents? Soap vs. Detergents Did you know that most soaps are actually detergents? There is a difference! Soaps are made from natural ingredients while detergents are made from a variety of synthetics including petrochemicals. Petrochemicals are derived from the waste of the crude oil and natural gas industry. In addition, these products are often overloaded with synthetic fragrances and preservatives due to their offensive smell. It is a known fact that detergents are toxic to fish and wildlife. Considering your skin will absorb around 60% of what is applied directly into the bloodstream, the choice is clear. Soap is better for your health and the environment. Oracle Organics’ soaps are made only with natural organic ingredients, are biodegradable and are true soaps.

Do your products contain animal ingredients?
No, all of our products are vegan which means they do not contain any animal ingredients or byproducts of any kind.

What is the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?
Fragrance oils are a blend of synthetic chemicals made to give a particular scent to a product. Essential oils are natural oils extracted from plants, flowers, roots, bark, leaves, seeds, and citrus fruits. There are no synthetic chemicals involved. Oracle Organics never uses fragrance oils. We only use the highest quality essential oils for a truly natural finished product.

Where can I buy your products?
Oracle Organics products can be purchased through our website.  You can also find us most weekends at the Eugene Saturday Market in Oregon.  Also check the “where to find” at the bottom of the page for the most updated information.

Do you give out free samples?
We are unable at this time to give out free samples that do not accompany orders. However every order placed receives a free sample. If you know what you would like to sample just mention it with your order.
 
Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
 
How long does it take to process my order?
We strive for a 24 hour turnaround time on all orders placed during regular business hours. However this is based on the number of orders in queue. You can expect an order to be processed for shipping in 3 - 4 working days at the most. To quicken processing speed, please provide a daytime number at which you can be reached if there are any problems with your order.
 
When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 2-14 days depending on when you ordered and your chosen shipping method.
 
How do you ship orders?
The shipping method is left up to you. We offer USPS as well as FedEx shipping for your convenience.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as payments made through PAYPAL. You need not be a member, there is no added cost, and the process is fully encrypted (SSL) and secure on their Shopping Server. We also accept cashiers checks or money orders made out to Oracle Organics. Please note that this lengthens processing time as orders will not be shipped until the check is received and is cleared.
 
Do you give quantity discounts?
Quantity discounts are available for qualified wholesale orders. Please see the wholesale page of the web site for more details.
 
What is your return policy?
We know you will love our products! That's why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within thirty days of the original purchase date to arrange for the return of the unused product and refund or exchange.

Do you offer private labeling?
No we do not produce products for private labeling.

Do you drop ship?
No we do not.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not currently have a printed catalog.  Our website is updated frequently and has all of our current products listed.

What is your privacy policy?
We are dedicated to our customers' privacy. Therefore we will NEVER sell, trade, rent or share any customer information including gift recipients to any third party unless required by law. It’s that simple. Information provided by you stays with us.
